Champions League clubs to feature in 2023 marketing campaign for soft drinks giant.

Soft drinks giant Coca-Cola has announced a raft of new or extended partnerships with European soccer clubs Bayern Munich, Juventus, Liverpool, Paris Saint-Germain and Tottenham Hotspur.

The company is planning to launch new marketing campaigns for its original Coca-Cola brand and Coca-Cola Zero low-calorie product in 2023 that will leverage its deals with the Uefa Champions League clubs.

The new deals also see Coca-Cola secure club rights to offer matchday experiences, hospitality tickets and limited edition merchandise prizes.

“Having been an integral part of the football matchday for decades, we are excited to offer fans the chance to enjoy incredible experiences and unique moments, at home, at bars and restaurants and in the stadiums, as part of our new campaign,”

“Football has the power to bring people together and we cannot wait to reward fans across Europe with access to unforgettable moments and a host of benefits that only Coca-Cola can offer in collaboration with our partners.”

Said Michael Willeke, Coca-Cola’s integrated marketing experience director for Europe.
