L’Equipe reports that several Premier League clubs have entered negotiations with PSG over the signing of Neymar, including Manchester United.

Manchester United in all likelihood will rope in Neymar from PSG in this year’s transfer window.

L’Equipe reports that a departure from Neymar is not ruled out by PSG or by the person concerned, discussions have been initiated with Premier League clubs, and in particular Manchester United.

“In its official communication, Paris is not a seller, but in fact, for once, the various internal components are on the same line on this file.

For some, it would be a question of ratifying the evolution of the project towards less flash and more discipline, for others of building a more balanced team around a single star, namely Kylian Mbappé,”

Report in L’Equipe suggests.

PSG are open to selling the 31-year-old this summer and Neymar is seriously considering leaving amid a season in which he and co-star Lionel Messi have repeatedly been targeted for criticism by the club’s fans. Neymar is contracted to PSG until 2027.

Neymar’s fellow Brazil international Casemiro is pushing for United to bring the ex-Barcelona player to Erik ten Hag’s team.
