Olivier Giroud scored again against the Milanese rival, Rafael Leao offered himself a very beautiful double in an absolutely splendid match.
His name was already circulating among some big Europeans this summer and it is not with this performance that interest will cool: Rafael Leao signed a brace and an assist this Saturday during the Milan derby, shock of the fifth day of Serie A. A match won 3-2 by AC Milan after a totally crazy meeting, which the programming so early in the season will not have tarnished.
This prestigious success allows the Rossoneri to take the lead in the ranking. And Olivier Giroud is not there for nothing. The French striker, who still hopes to be recalled by Didier Deschamps for the World Cup in Qatar next November, scored the second goal for his team, allowing AC Milan to go ahead.
Because it was Inter who opened the scoring through Brozovic in the 21st minute, before Leao replied seven minutes later. But the former Arsenal and Montpellier player weighed in again, to equalize (54th) and then to launch Leao in his splendid solo slalom on his second goal, the third for his team (60th). The start of a last half hour of madness, with a goal from Dzeko which ignited the game… and even into added time.
